Executive Assistant to the Vice-Principal

UBC Okanagan research funding has increased by over 400% in the last decade. To help maintain this trajectory and contribute to the rapid growth of our campus, the Office of the Vice-Principal Research is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the Vice-Principal to manage work  and information flow for the Vice-Principal Research (Okanagan). This exciting and important position involves a broad array of tasks on sensitive matters relating to senior university administration, government and the private sector. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience in a large and complex organization with a minimum of five years experience working with a senior executive.
