OVPRI is pleased to host Research Connect—an ongoing series designed to inform strategic research planning by providing research faculty and staff the opportunity and space to gather, connect with each other and discuss the future of of research, innovation and creative activity.
Our next Research Connect takes place Wednesday, June 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Nechako Gathering Space.
This event will be focused on how we can continue to foster a strong, effective and distinctive research environment at UBC Okanagan. Participants will engage with one another and with OVPRI leadership in open discussion about the various people, principles and pathways that make our research environment unique, while also exploring ideas and opportunities that may further strengthen and define our identity.
Participants will reflect on the following items:
1) What do we have at UBC Okanagan that UBC Vancouver does not?
2) Tell Suzie what’s missing at UBC Okanagan
